Legal Entity: Mandorak Beach is a premier brand operated by PT Juara Pariwisata Gemilang, a subsidiary of Juara Holding Group. We are a fully registered Indonesian Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas).
Tax Registration: Our company is registered with the Directorate General of Taxes and possesses a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP: Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), ensuring we contribute fully to the national economy.
Tourism Business License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP), the official tourism business registration certificate issued by the Indonesian government (Kemenparekraf), which legally authorizes us to operate as a tour and travel provider.
Employee Welfare: In compliance with Indonesian labor law, all our permanent employees are registered for both BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security, including accident and life insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance).

Operations are performed in strict accordance with the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) Part 107 from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and are coordinated with AirNav Indonesia to ensure the safety of all air traffic.
